In my previous post I was talking about the death of Duane Hiatt. One of his famous children's song is Follow the Prophet. He has written other songs and magazine article for the church.

The Creator of Beloved Children’s Song “Follow the Prophet” Passes Away. Duane Hiatt passed away on May 24, 2020. He wrote the words and music to the children's song Follow the Prophet. These videos are about the history the coming about of the song, "Follow the Prophet". One part he talks about a certain pioneer, Stillman Pond and the trials he went through will crossing the trails to go to Utah.
